Associate Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or early-career professional with a solid understanding of IT concepts, strong communication skills, and leadership potential. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of IT and business-related projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Communicate project progress
• Identify risks and support the development of mitigation strategies
• Promote teamwork and positive collaboration among team members

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream with a strong understanding of IT
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or management (internships accepted)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Willingness to relocate to Zirakpur
• Certification in Project Management (It's a PLUS)
