Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information. Generate interest and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team. Professionally handle queries and objections. Maintain daily call records and report progress to the supervisor. Requirements: Good communication skills in English. Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
