6 Months Fixed Term ContractIn this role, you will support the HEOR and Market Access team by developing payer-focused value communications and generating high-quality evidence summaries for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. You will contribute to AMCP dossier development and U.S. HEOR evidence generation activities. You will:
- Lead or support the development and updating of AMCP dossiers (Format v5.0), synthesizing clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence for U.S. payer audiences
- Perform targeted literature searches and prepare structured summaries on disease burden, clinical landscape, epidemiology, unmet need, and product value
- Design and support evidence synthesis activities required for payer communications, including focused literature reviews
- Contribute to the development of value communication deliverables, including sections of Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Reimbursement Dossiers and slide decks
- Collect and analyze U.S. data inputs required for HE economic models, burden-of-illness assessments, and value narratives
- Translate complex clinical and economic analyses into clear, concise, and evidence-based content for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage workload to ensure timely delivery aligned with project milestones and client expectations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional HEOR and market access team members, contributing ideas and supporting day-to-day project activities
- Provide guidance and quality oversight to junior team members to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with standards
Essential Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant HEOR / market access writing experience, preferably in consulting or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of HEOR concepts, cost-effectiveness analyses, and payer evidence needs
- Excellent scientific writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment
