Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This is a senior role that requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. They should be an excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and have a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, track project milestones and deliverables.

Required Skills

  • Project Management: The candidate must have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply these to complex projects.
  • Leadership: The candidate must have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards successful project completion.
  • Communication: The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey project goals, updates, and issues to team members and stakeholders.
  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

  • Budgeting: The ability to develop and manage project budgets effectively.

  • Resource Management: The ability to effectively manage resources to ensure project success.
  • Change Management: The ability to manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project on track.
  • Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to apply them to project management.
