Role Overview:

Learning & Development (L&D) projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Interacting and building rapport with clients and consultants for the execution of training programs
•  Prepare collaterals, like PowerPoints, workbooks, marketing presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, CANVA
• Managing office on a day-to-day basis
• Do research for upgrading our collaterals, marketing materials etc.
• Additional responsibilities as per the organizational requirements aligning to the individual's strengths

Key Skills:

• Mastery in creating PowerPoint presentations and using word and excel
• Competency with new-age software and platforms such as Canva, ChatGPT
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms
• Eye for detail and good organisational skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn).
• Basic knowledge of content design tools (Canva or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Client-focused mindset with professional presence.
