What You’ll Do

Drive operational excellence across programs and services at Leverage.biz.

Design and implement process improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Monitor performance metrics and ensure programs meet or exceed goals.

Solve day-to-day execution challenges with a proactive and solutions-first mindset.

Enhance customer journey and support scalable growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in program management, operations, or similar roles.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Comfort with data analysis and using insights for decision-making.

Passionate about building processes and enhancing user experience.
