Key Responsibilities
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to plan, execute, and scale growth initiatives.
Marketing partnerships: Coordinate marketing campaigns including offer planning, creative development, BTL activities, and track digital campaign performance with data-driven insights.
Product engagement: Collaborate with product managers to analyze customer journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize user experience.
Operations coordination: Liaise with the operations team to ensure demand and supply balance, aligning category growth with operational capacity and service delivery.
Customer insights: Gather product feedback, monitor sales trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Desired Profile
1-5 years of experience in category management, program management, or marketing operations.
Graduate from a Tier-1 institution preferred.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across multiple teams effectively.
Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
