Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Program Manager- HR with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical services or hospital settings and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in HR operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing HR programs and projects with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of medical services or hospital settings is required.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is necessary.
Experience with change management and organizational development is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are needed.
