Associate- Program & Community Engagement

As a Program & Community Engagement Associate at Crafting Dialogue, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced and passionate team on global projects and B2B conferences. The role involves working closely with the Program Director on dialogues and executive boardrooms, conducting in-depth primary and secondary market research, and drafting conference content programs. You will be responsible for developing original and engaging content for various project needs, including blogs, PR, and website content. Additionally, you will serve as the project lead, coordinating with team members to ensure timely delivery. This role also entails end-to-end project execution, including international travel for on-site activities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Program Director on dialogues and executive boardrooms - Conduct extensive primary and secondary market research on identified topics - Perform competitive analysis and assess industry trends and opportunities - Draft conference content programs and invite C-Level Thought Leaders - Develop original and engaging content for various project needs - Serve as the project lead and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines - Travel internationally for on-site project activities Qualifications Required: - Freshers (including students of Marketing, Mass Communication, or Journalism) or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in market research, program development, report writing, and event program curation - Strong research and analytical skills - Experience or comfort in telephone-based research - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Confidence in interacting with the CXO community - Creative thinking and solution-oriented mindset - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Adaptability in a fast-paced, start-up environment - Passion for emerging tech-related projects/events (B2B) - Willingness to travel internationally - Experience working with Middle East, APAC, US, UK, and European markets is an advantage,
