Associate Product Manager - UGC

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to work across multiple product areas, supporting initiatives from concept to launch. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, and operations to build impactful features, streamline processes, and enhance user experiences. You’ll help define roadmaps, run experiments, and use data to drive decision-making—ensuring we deliver products that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product roadmaps and strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch high-quality product features
• Use data and user insights to identify opportunities, inform prioritization, and measure impact
• Help design and run experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization
• Assist in creating tools, workflows, and processes that improve efficiency and scalability
• Partner with internal teams to ensure product solutions align with platform policies and user needs
• Contribute to product documentation, requirements gathering, and sprint planning

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of product management or related experience (internships or project experience welcome)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
• Comfort working with data and metrics to evaluate product performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• A growth mindset with enthusiasm for learning, experimentation, and iteration
