Associate Producer

Role Overview: As an Associate Producer at Ubisoft Pune, you will play a crucial role in working closely with the entire game development team to design, plan, and execute feature development and live ops for a benchmark mobile game. Your responsibilities will include managing production and project management with team members, mediating cross-discipline situations, providing reports on project management tasks, collaborating with leads and producers, resolving issues/blockers, ensuring positive team morale, and acting as a Scrum Master. Your role will also involve assisting in the development of schedules, monitoring resources and deadlines, and being fully autonomous, creative, solution-oriented, and carrying a positive can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Support the day-to-day management of production and project management with team members. - Mediate cross-discipline situations and focus on delivery within the team and the project. - Provide reports on tasks and issues related to project management and the project. - Collaborate with leads and producers to plan, prioritize tasks, execute, and track milestones effectively. - Resolve issues/blockers and ensure a positive team morale. - Communicate with the Producer daily to provide accurate, up-to-date information. - Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, conducting daily standup meetings, holding sprint retrospective meetings, holding sprint reviews, and organizing Scrum teams. - Assist in developing schedules and monitoring schedule, budget, resources, and deadlines. - Ensure team adherence to project schedule and budgets. - Be autonomous, creative, solution-oriented, and carry a positive can-do attitude. Qualifications: - Proven experience of 3+ years in game management domain on various titles (mobile preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in gaming and handling teams with multiple people. - Strong project management skills. - Strong understanding of KPIs (downloads, engagement, revenue) and live operations of the game. - Experience working with production tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel). - Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively under pressure. - Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills. - Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Ability to work independently or as a team player. - Knowledge of software development using Scrum and proper Scrum practices. - Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills. - Responsible, proactive, accountable, personable. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to solve problems. - Good understanding of the industry and video game culture. - Must be an avid gamer and play games across genres and platforms. - Knowledge of other game platforms and current trends. - Preferred: Knowledge of mobile gaming would be helpful.,
