Associate Producer

As an Associate Producer, you will be stepping into the role of an Executive Show Producer with the mandate of overseeing the production and execution of high-quality shows and events. Your tasks will revolve around collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to craft compelling content and ensuring a seamless production process from inception to completion. Your responsibilities as an Executive Show Producer will encompass the development and implementation of the overall show production strategy, working closely with creative teams to conceptualize engaging show formats, and overseeing all facets of show production including scheduling, budgeting, scriptwriting, rehearsals, technical requirements, and logistics. Your role will also entail facilitating smooth coordination among different departments and fostering relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners. To excel in this role, you should bring forth proven experience as a Producer or in a similar capacity within the entertainment industry. A strong grasp of show production processes, excellent organizational and project management abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, and a sharp attention to detail are prerequisites. Proficiency in industry-standard software and equipment utilized for show production, along with a passion for entertainment and a solid understanding of audience preferences, are deemed essential. While a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, 2-3 years of work experience is mandatory for this full-time position based in New Delhi-South Delhi, with a monthly salary of Rs.35,000/-.
