Job Description

HC Global Fund Services, LLC is looking for Associate Process & Technology to join our team
  • Manage middle and back office functions, including gathering external statements and performing pricing of funds' investments.
  • Prepare daily equity reconciliations and position and cash reconciliations.
  • Investigate trade breaks and reconcile items on the reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial reports such as trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and statement of changes in capital accounts.
  • Ensure monthly partners' allocation is correct based on straight capital ratios or commitment ratios.
  • Monitor client mailboxes/distribution lists and save all necessary emails and supports on a timely manner.
  • Perform peer review of Investor statements and assist in coordinating annual audits of clients' financial statements.
  • Prepare working papers ensuring all audit requirements are readily available for auditors and year-end schedules for independent auditors including cost roll forward, cash reconciliation, statement of cash flows, and financial highlights.
  • Prepare each fund's financial statements and collaborate with respective fund's auditors for note disclosures; prepare and submit draft financial statements on time for next-level review.
  • Organize work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Assist Process and Technology (P&T) Seniors and Managers in resolving issues raised by the Client Service team regarding software and systems used (Geneva, GWI, H2 apps, Hexaview, etc.), process automation projects, and migration of selected funds to Geneva, GWI, H2 apps, Hexaview, and other systems.
  • Conduct training for different teams on the use of these systems and assist P&T Seniors and Managers in testing customization and improvements to software and systems.
  • Support monitoring improvements and ensure software and systems are well-maintained and up to date.
  • Coordinate with different teams within the firm on fund admin process improvements and automation requirements.
  • Perform ad hoc requests from clients, including distributions and drawdowns.
  • Prepare wire entries in the treasury portal for engagements with Cash Control services.
  • Prepare reporting packages for next-level review and prepare accounting-related entries for Geneva clients, ensuring all transactions have appropriate support.
  • May also be expected to assist in other non-operations work as needed.
