Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Operations role at ITS Dental College, located in Sadar. The Associate Operations professional will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, assist in coordinating various institutional activities, ensure optimal resource utilization, and work collaboratively with multiple departments to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with institutional policies, managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and addressing operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing schedules, resources, and institutional policies.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and operational management, with the ability to address day-to-day challenges effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with departments and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of educational or healthcare institutions' operational frameworks is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
