Greater Noida

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, performing general receptionist duties, and managing clinic office operations. They will also support the clinical team by ensuring the smooth running of the office and utilizing their knowledge of medical terminology.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and managing Receptionist Duties
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
  • Graduate or above
