Associate– MIS

Division

-Heating Finance

Location

- Eco House, Chinchwad , Thermax Chowk

Role & Responsibilities

  • Finalizationof Divisional P&L and balance sheet,
  • Statutoryand Internal audit SPOC,
  • Coordinatingwith auditors for understanding data requirements and help Finance Controllercomplete audits with minimum observations,
  • PrepareCorporate MIS,
  • PrepareDivisional and ad-hoc MIS as asked,
  • Analyzedivisional order booking and reporting on the same,
  • GLScrutiny, contribute to internal testing of controls,
  • Inter-company reconciliation and elimination of balances,
  • Accountingfor export incentives,
  • Coordinatingwith various divisional, corporate stakeholders for understanding financialvariances,
  • WriteSOPs and operational policies,
  • PrepareTax audit and transfer pricing related data,
  • Contributeto the annual budgeting process.
  • Commissionprovisioning
  • Co-ordinationwith TFS team for various area – AR / AP / Fixed Assets

Job Specifications:-

Essential Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA's)Experience : 2-3 yrs

Critical Competencies :-

Analytical bent of mind, deeper understanding offinancial numbers, approach to study, challenge and improve current methods andprocedures, Strong Accounting and Taxation knowledge, Moderate knowledge onCosting & Cost Accounting, Strong in MS-Excel, open for new challenges,team player and someone who likes interacting and working in a cross functionalteam.
