About The Team

Meesho Grocery aims to revolutionise the way India shops for Grocery and towards that objective, we want to enable the lowest cost distribution for all daily needs. Grocery has the biggest share of the overall retail spend in India and is projected to be a $800B market in 2024, of which the majority contribution comes from non-metro cities. Grocery market in Metro and Tier 1 has become crowded with a lot of players trying to solve the supply chain but the higher cost of logistics restricts these players to disrupt the lower tier cities.At Meesho Grocery, we are building the most cost-effective distribution channel to disrupt the grocery market in lower tier cities of India.Meesho Grocery is an early stage mini start-up within Meesho with a completely different supply chain and modus operandi. We are a bunch of high energy enthusiasts working towards creating something cool and something big.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our User Growth team.The role involves managing and optimizing paid campaigns across channels like Google, Meta.You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, improving ROAS, and scaling budgets efficiently.The work includes deep analysis of campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, and running experiments.If you love numbers, growth, and making every ad spend count, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta networks.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR) to ensure efficient acquisition.
  • Run experiments on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve conversions.
  • Work closely with design, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with growth targets.
  • Identify, test, and scale new channels or strategies to drive user growth.
  • Some additional non performance marketing related responsibilities are also expected from the Associate.

What You Will Need

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer apps.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of key growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to test, learn, and scale campaigns quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
