Job Title: Associate Marketing Manager


Location: Bangalore, India


Experience: 5-7 years



We are looking for a digital marketing professional with prior experience in managing digital marketing strategy formulation, execution, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong cross-channel understanding and be well-versed in associated metrics. Exposure to the MarTech landscape is essential, as well as experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and influencer marketing. Candidates with experience in AI-driven marketing strategies will be preferred.


Campaign Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies with desired outcomes.


Campaign Optimization:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Implement data-driven strategies to optimize campaigns for better engagement and overall effectiveness.


Channel Mix:

Identify and leverage the most effective digital channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, programmatic) to reach the target audience. Optimize the channel mix to maximize ROI. Experience with paid campaign strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Search, Bing Search, and Instagram is preferred.


Martech:

Have a good understanding of the martech landscape, specifically experience with CDP implementation, personalization use case framing, and implementation. Experience with Blueconic is preferable but not mandatory.


Adtech:

Understand the adtech landscape, specifically experience with various DSP optimization strategies, and running optimized campaigns in terms of creatives and budgets. Experience with DV 360 and Trade Desk is preferable.


Ad Creatives:

Work on effective creatives customized for various digital channels and appreciate creative performance as per channel mix. Create briefs for agencies and work with them on deliverables.


Budget Management:

Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively. Track spends to ensure campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes.


Reporting:

Report on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI. Understand data insights and provide recommendations to stakeholders.



Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B or B2C, with the ability to translate experience to the environment.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful SEM, social media, email, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, martech, and adtech landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling creatives and campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.



Technical Skills:


  • AI Skills:

    Experience with AI-driven marketing strategies, including the use of AI for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, personalization, customer journey mapping, and persona development.
  • Analytics Tools:

    Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • SEO/SEM:

    Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and paid search campaigns.
  • Social Media Platforms:

    Experience with managing and optimizing campaigns on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Email Marketing:

    Familiarity with email marketing tools and techniques, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Programmatic Advertising:

    Understanding of programmatic advertising and experience with DSPs like DV 360 and Trade Desk.
  • Martech Tools:

    Experience with martech tools such as CDPs (e.g., Blueconic), marketing automation platforms, and personalization engines.
  • Adtech Tools:

    Knowledge of adtech tools and platforms for optimizing ad creatives and budgets.
  • Data Analysis:

    Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Budget Management:

    Ability to manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively.
