Job Description

As an Associate Managing Consultant in the Advisors Client Services, Performance Analytics team at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in translating data into actionable insights for clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading client engagements across various industries and problem statements to develop analytics strategies and programs that unlock client value. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital. - Providing on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants to help them grow their roles and skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Undergraduate degree with experience in data and analytics, specifically in business intelligence and descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics. - Experience in coaching and managing teams across multiple projects, as well as managing key client relationships. - Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership. - Ability to identify new business development opportunities, draft proposals, and analyze large amounts of data to synthesize key findings and recommendations. - Proficiency in data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS), database management, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication in English and local office language. Preferred qualifications include: - Additional experience in Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark. - Experience in generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm. - Industry expertise and a master's degree in relevant specialization such as advanced analytics, big data, or a mathematical discipline (not required). In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, as a Mastercard employee, you are expected to uphold the corporate security responsibility by abiding by security policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information, reporting any security violations, breaches, and completing mandatory security trainings.,
