( Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position ) Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Associate Manager – Social to join our team. This role requires someone who can manage two distinct brands simultaneously while also being active on-ground, handling coordination-heavy and fast-paced campaigns. The ideal candidate should be flexible, proactive, and capable of working across multiple mandates with discretion and ownership. Key Accountabilities Manage and execute end-to-end social media campaigns across two distinct brand verticals. Liaise with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, production) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Be actively involved in on-ground activation and coordination activities. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance. Handle day-to-day client communication and relationship management. Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across platforms. Support in identifying and pitching for new business opportunities. Professional Skills: 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital content marketing. Hands-on experience in working with brand teams and agency partners. Ability to multitask, travel for on-ground work, and manage high-pressure timelines. Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills. Proven understanding of different social media platforms and trends. Prior experience handling multiple brands is a plus. A go-getter attitude with the ability to work discreetly and independently.
