Job Role : Associate Manager - FinanceDepartments: YOHTAJob CodeLocation: MumbaiReports To: Director- Senior Manager – Customer ServiceKey Stakeholders (Option depending upon the role): Frequency (Occasional/Frequent/Continuous)1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarize in one/two statements why this job exists, and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).To support the USA business by managing direct order processing with accuracy and timeliness. The role will ensure smooth coordination between supply chain, customers, and internal stakeholders for order execution, shipment tracking, and reporting.2: Organisational Relationship (Provide an organisational chart which illustrates the role structure above and below and parallel to this position).3: Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)Decision Making Authority (This will be for every job allocated to the individual)Refer to the Decision making box for detail informationSchedule A
  • Process direct customer orders after verification, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Share direct order pipeline and "on-the-water" reports with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to prioritize shipments based on business needs.
  • Track shipments end-to-end and provide timely updates to relevant teams.
  • Prepare and publish reports (shipment status, order pipeline, partial shipments, etc.) as required.
  • Manage partial shipments and ensure clearance in coordination with customers.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all orders and shipments.

 Order Accuracy: Ensure all direct orders are processed without errors. Timely Reporting: Deliver accurate reports within defined timelines. Shipment Management: Effective tracking and prioritization to minimize delays. Customer Coordination: Ensure clear communication on partial shipments and order status. Process Compliance: Adhere to company SOPs for order management and reporting.5: Decision Making Authority (For each decision type define if the action involves below mentioned categories:Schedule A : ExecutionSchedule B: Follow SOP/policy for decision to be made. (Moderate to Complex decision making)Schedule C: Decide within approval limits) Complex/tactical/strategic decision making impacting the outcome

Educational Qualification
Skills & KnowledgeCompetenciesBehavioralAttention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under USA time zones.Strong coordination and follow-up skills.Reasonable proficiency in English communication (written & spoken).Team player with problem-solving mindset.Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain / related field.Work ExperienceFunctional Basic knowledge of order processing and supply chain operations. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Understanding of documentation related to shipments and clearance.
