Job Description

Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our inbound care operations. You will manage sales campaigns, create incentive programs based on sales attainment, and oversee the governance of sales performance and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategy:

  • Analyze customer interactions to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance within the inbound care team.
  • Sales Campaign Management:

  • Design, launch, and manage targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Incentive Program Development:

  • Create and manage incentive programs that motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Performance Governance:

  • Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to ensure compliance with company standards and goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills of team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual and team performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a sales coaching or management role, preferably within a contact center environment.
  • Strong understanding of upsell and cross-sell strategies in a customer care context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in campaign management and incentive program development.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales performance management tools.
