Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager Revenue Officer to join our HB Development Department. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing operations, and ensuring effective coordination between business units to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage revenue generation activities within the assigned region.


• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.


• Monitor business performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with HB partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and financial guidelines.


• Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.


• Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance and business outcomes.


• Support expansion and development initiatives to strengthen HB operations in the region.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).


• 3 6 years of experience in revenue management, sales operations, or business development.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.


• Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting tools.


• Experience in the healthcare, retail sector will be an added advantage.
