Associate Manager – Public Policy Communications

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support high-impact communication initiatives, industry engagement, and reporting. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful narratives and shape engagement in the public policy space.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Engagement & Event Coordination

• Liaise with external event organisers and internal teams to ensure smooth client participation in key industry forums.
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including speaker coordination, session details, branding, and on-ground requirements.

Client Servicing & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and alignment across functions.
• Support the execution of communication strategies through effective coordination and proactive problem-solving.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

• Build and manage Excel-based dashboards to track campaign performance, stakeholder outreach, and progress on key deliverables.
• Support internal reporting requirements with timely and data-driven insights.

Research & Strategic Input

• Conduct in-depth research on policy trends, media coverage, industry benchmarks, and stakeholder profiles.
• Present findings in a structured and actionable format for internal use and client briefings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Policy, Political Science, Media Studies, or related field
• Prior experience in a communications agency, public policy consultancy, or similar environment
• Familiarity with industry events and policy ecosystems is a plus
