The Role: The role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with channel partners to promote and sell our products or services. You will play a critical role in expanding our business through strategic partnerships and ensuring the successful onboarding of new partners. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Create a sales pipeline for converting mid-market customers for payroll products. Act as the primary point of contact for all new Razorpay clients coming through various lead sources. Should clearly understand all client requirements and propose a suitable solution using Razorpay products and services. Completely own and execute end-to-end sales, build relations, and negotiate. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure ongoing sales and support. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive mutual success. Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency. Perform platform/solution-based sales for all new prospects. Desired Skills and Experience: 4+ years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup. Experience in the Payroll/SAAS industry would be an advantage. Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role. Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and the ability to negotiate complex agreements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
