Job Description Generate Rolling baseline Sales Forecast Review of the forecast with the Branch Manager and Category managers Driving the S&OP process to finalise the Demand and Supply Plan for 12m rolling. Identify, analyze sales trends and influencing variables and incorporate them in planning process Manages inventory position within norm across stocking points Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, Logistics, Warehouse team, R&D to make smooth supply of FGs across supply chain nodes. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align on launch timelines, production capabilities, and inventory requirements. Utilize data analytics tools to assess supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Key Performance Goal Planning accuracy Inventory norm, Stock out%, Service Fill rate, Capacity utilization. Write off, SLOB People/process Improvement Requirement Graduate with MBA in Operation 10years of work experience in Demand/Supply Planning Pharma/FMCG companies Strong analytical skill and knowledge of SAP, MS-Office/Power BI Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analytics tools like power BI. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to inspire team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
