Material Planner

Material Planner JD:

• Planning:
• Monitor Consumption and replenish the stock from internal plants and suppliers.
• Receive material confirmation and allocate available stock.
• Creating PRs and coordination with procurement for getting order confirmation with supplier
• Coordinate with Procurement /Supplier and provide pending order supply schedule.
• Follow up for delivery & support for Goods receipts of stocks.
• Monitor Consumption as per norms VS actuals
• Work on stock norms / reorder level based on consumption and other parameters for ordering inventory.
• Tracking ordering and inventory value against budget
• Closely follow-up and track short supply products
• Arrange to get forecast & align ordering / inventory Qty for any new requirements.
• Work on Slow, nonmoving inventory monitoring & liquidation.
• Replenishment of stock at Rx labs, Commercial stock Points & plant based on consumption & norms.
• Monitor physical stock check & Consumption posting in SAP
• Publish month end reports Stock/Inward/Consumption with value.
• Update PO tracker & GRNs & coordinate with internal teams for trouble shooting.
• Follow-up with lab, plant, stock points for any consumption variation items.
• Follow-up with internal & external stakeholders for stock fulfillment
• Sharing monthly KPI tracking reports

Requirements:

• Experience in handling Raw materials, consumable, Semi finished, finished materials & planning activities.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory management
• Proactive engagement with internal & external stake holders
• Knowledge of SAP inventory inward & outward process including reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a team player
• Solid decision-making ability in using available facts in sensitive client and internal situations
• Good problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, people & processes
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft business tools (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power point, Outlook)
