As a Customer Relationship Management professional at Simpleenergy, you will play a crucial role in managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Your responsibilities will involve optimizing the system to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and drive business growth. This position calls for a combination of strategic planning, technical expertise, and a strong focus on customer-centric initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. - Manage the daily operations of the CRM platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM functionalities with business objectives. - Customize and configure the CRM system to meet specific departmental requirements. - Design and automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts. - Monitor the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and provide recommendations for enhancements. - Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and security within the CRM system. - Conduct training sessions for team members on CRM usage and best practices. - Stay updated on CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance system capabilities. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred). - 4-8 years of experience in CRM management, customer service, or related roles. - Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Knowledge of CRM system integration, data migration, and automation tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Certification in a specific CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator). - Experience in relevant industries. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques.
