Associate Manager - Commercial Leasing

Key Accountabilities

Prospect Generation - IPC Engagement & RFP Management

  • Support in increasing the prospect base for Commercial Real Estate leasing.
  • Build relationships with IPCs & Local Commercial Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities.
  • Utilize trade body memberships effectively through promotions, sponsorships, and events.
  • Use online research tools to generate prospective leads.
  • Work internally to align all stakeholders and build support for opportunities, ensuring timely RFP/RFQ responses and execution of awarded projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  1. Number of clients met.
  2. Number of leads generated.
  3. Number of leads generated through channel partners.
  4. Number of leads converted into ongoing transactions.

  • Channel Partners & IPCs

    : CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Savills, Colliers, Anarock, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.
  • Prospective tenants

    : GCCs, co-working spaces.
  • Marketing & Branding Consultants

    for lead generation.

Education Qualifications

  • MBA

Relevant Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience

    in commercial space leasing, preferably in Hyderabad.
  • Proven track record of successful

    real estate leasing

  • Excellent

    Negotiation, Business Communication, and Presentation skills

    .
  • Expertise

    in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in

    drafting contracts, term sheets, and closing leasing transactions

  • Existing network

    with channel partners/CRE occupier representatives.
  • Strong

    interpersonal and people management skills
