Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development across assigned regions to onboard colleges and universities for TalentSprint’s training offerings Build and manage relationships with Training and Placement Officers, Principals, Deans, Registrars, and Heads of Departments
Provide market intelligence and feedback to enhance positioning and solution alignment with college priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree with minimum 3 years of experience in institutional and college sales (MBA preferred) - Prior exposure to education, edtech, or training sector will be an advantage
Hands-on approach to managing goals, pipeline metrics, and reporting tools
