Associate Manager

The role of Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household) in the Branch Banking department involves acquiring new customers for the bank's savings accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, reach out to them through various channels, explain the benefits and features of the savings products, and successfully close the sales. Additionally, you will be required to ensure customer satisfaction with the bank's services and maintain long-term relationships with them. Your key responsibilities will include acquiring savings accounts in the identified segment and generating references from the specified catchment area. You will need to focus on maintaining a high quality of customer acquisition in terms of constitution, product, and segment mix. Onboarding and activating customers on digital platforms will also be part of your role. You will assist the Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch scoping exercises, providing regular feedback on customer requirements and potential opportunities. It will be crucial for you to adhere to sales compliance and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization. You must ensure quality sourcing and strict compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations. Regularly conducting activities in the catchment area to acquire high-quality High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) customers and enhance visibility for IDFC First Bank will also be essential. Collaboration with team members and support functions to deliver product and service offerings to customers is another aspect of this role. To be eligible for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. Relevant experience of 0 to 2 years would be beneficial for this role.
