Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners across digital commerce ecosystems to drive growth.
  • Develop partnership strategies to expand market reach and strengthen business positioning.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commercial agreements, and optimize mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key partners to ensure continuous collaboration and success.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, tech, and operations) to implement partnership-based growth initiatives.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, co-branded projects, and joint marketing activities with partners.
  • Track performance metrics to measure the success and ROI of partnership programs.
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose data-driven strategies for growth.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and emerging platforms.
  • Analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer insights to align partnership strategy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to guide business expansion decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Build and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships to support business goals.
  • Ensure timely communication, reporting, and alignment across all departments involved in partnership activities.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance integration efficiency, improve customer experience, and enable scalable solutions for future partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, growth, or business development roles.
  • Preferred background in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end partnership cycles — from identification to execution.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and execution capability.
