About the Role: We're a sustainable EV-based ride-hailing platform, and drivers are at the core of that mission. In this particular role, as a Fleet Management Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of driver partners - from sourcing and onboarding to daily support, performance tracking, and retention. This is a field + operations role best suited for someone who thrives in a high-growth, on-the-ground environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Driver Sourcing & Screening Identify and attract qualified driver candidates through job portals, referrals, agencies, and field outreach. Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews. Support recruitment drives and sourcing events. Onboarding & Documentation 2. Training & Induction Deliver in-person training for drivers. Provide guidance on digital tools, navigation, and ride processes. 3. Driver Support & Coordination Act as the first point of contact for drivers facing on-ground issues. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational blockers and escalations. Maintain healthy driver relationships and high engagement. Performance Monitoring & Reporting 4. Shift & Utilization Management Assign drivers to vehicles and shifts based on demand. Monitor attendance, clock-ins, and driver availability. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in fleet, or driver management (ride-hailing/logistics sector preferred). Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and operational dashboards. High ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a dynamic field setup. Willingness to travel locally Nice to Have: Experience working with EV fleets or driver onboarding platforms. (Ola, Uber, BluSmart)
