We are looking for a lawyer for a position of Associate Manager in the Global Delivery Network [GDN] Legal GroupReporting will be to Vice-President [Legal]Location:Bangalore (preferred) or GurgaonLanguages:fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada (preferably)

Internal clients range from HR, Finance, Controllership, Taxation, Recruitment, Real Estate, Workplace, Global Asset Protection (GAP), Marketing and Communication (Marcom), Infrastructure Services, and Government RelationsRole Description:
This role is broad and could involve providing advice on various facets of legal and compliance areas.Focus for the current position is as follows:Advise company in connection with varied laws such as data related laws, advise on alignment with global data privacy practices per Accenture Global Policies and GDPR, legal aspects with respect to information security, advise on compliances to Accenture Global Policies such as anti-corruption, competition law, trade sanctions; assist in the review of HR policies, review and advise on issues with respect to conflict of interest, advise on V&A and post-merger integration activitiesReview and interpret Accenture Global Policies to be able to provide guidance to internal clients on policy matter and ensure alignment with Global stakeholdersPrepare executive summaries, position papers, build litigation strategies, legal updates on emerging legal trends affecting business and internal processes for India and Global leadershipExpected to add to the knowledge base, contribute legal insights, perform independent legal research on emerging legislative changes, analyze impact of proposed legislative changes on Accentures business in India and redefine processes in response to legal dynamicsMonitor existing processes and identify opportunities to create processes as part of best practices to ensure standardization. Build re-usable guidance, playbooks, FAQs for internal clientsContribute to internal and external legal publicationsLiaisoning with labour and other regulatory authorities,
