Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, including responses to RFPs.
Assist in managing the company s regulatory compliance program.
Oversee the company s Intellectual Property (IP) protection program.
Provide legal guidance, training, and opinions to business teams.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, including telecom and banking requirements.
Liaise with authorities to address legal and regulatory requirements related to the company s products and services.
Law degree from a recognized institution.
4-8 years of experience in corporate legal roles, preferably in technology or telecom sectors.
Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and IP management.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
