Job Summary:

We are seeking audit professionals to join our dynamic team focused on Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audits, for our US based clients. The role requires understanding U.S GAAP, ERISA regulations and working with US clients to deliver high quality audit efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• As a Associate Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of Employee Benefit Plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations set by US regulatory authorities.
• Perform end-end audit procedures;
• Review and analyze plan documents, Financial Statements and various related reports
• Identify audit issues and ensure proper documentation of workpapers and conclusion

• Assist in resolving audit queries and provide insights into best practices
• Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company

What are we looking for:

• Exposure to US Benefit Plan audits (Must)
• Minimum 3-4 years of auditing or equivalent experience in US Audits
• Strong understanding of auditing principles and procedures
• Assistance in Preparation of Draft Financial Statements
• Preferred Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other audit tools
• Experience with working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
• Preferred Experience with a regional or Big 4 Audit firms.
