Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the railway project with Civil / P-Way / OHE Quality, Execution, Delivery of work in Assigned project.
• Single point of contact for all Installation, testing and commissioning, design approval from railways for Assigned project.
• Responsible for execution of formation work, track work, OHE works with Planning, Testing and Commissioning of Assigned project.
• Review and checking of railway drawings, design within Assigned project.
• Lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out the Contract.
• Engage project teams in the successful achievement of project.
• Synchronize internal partners when necessary.
• Be responsible for alignment with contractual requirements and management of variation orders.
• Be responsible for risk, saving and opportunity management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Project Management Manual.
• Manage customer and external stakeholders.
• Vendor and customer billing for Civil, P-way and OHE work.
• Review and checking of Civil, P-way and OHE design within Assigned project.
• Have the ability to handle several tasks at once
  

Qualifications

• B.E /B TECH in Civil/Electrical/Electronics and Tele Communications, Engineering
• Specific skills. Railway project works, Alignment Design, Projects coordination, ESP and Plan & Profile and track work.
