Clearstate is currently looking for a highly motivated Associate Manager/Manager to lead the development and delivery of market data solutions and custom research projects aligned with the business objectives. The responsibilities of the role include project management, content development, project delivery, client and stakeholder engagement, and team leadership for Managers. In terms of project management, the selected candidate will lead a team of analysts in developing global market tracker solutions and custom research projects focused on healthcare market insights. This involves defining project requirements, such as analytical models, research methodologies, timeline, and budgets, to ensure project setup, design, and delivery are aligned with client needs. Innovation and enhancement of data solutions through conceptualizing new product ideas, additional analyses, and improvements are also key aspects of the role. Advanced analytical and quantitative tools will be applied to extract meaningful business insights. The Associate Manager/Manager will deliver high-quality data insights with deep domain knowledge expertise in assigned sectors and regions. Clear, actionable recommendations based on research and analysis will be developed to confidently lead client presentations, ensuring clarity and impact. The candidate will serve as the client engagement lead, communicating project updates and presenting key milestones. Engagement with clients and stakeholders is crucial, involving collaboration with clients to align on deliverables, ensuring insights meet their needs, and engaging effectively with various client stakeholders during project delivery and presentations. Support for business development and marketing initiatives by contributing content and domain expertise is also expected from the selected candidate. For Managers, leading, appraising, and developing team members to foster skill development and ensure team success is an additional responsibility. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in market analysis, market intelligence, or business consulting, with proven project and client management experience, preferably in healthcare or consulting. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Business, or related fields is required, with an MBA preferred.,
