As a member of our Retail Banking department, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with corporate clients in the Pune, Maharashtra area. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new corporate clients for the bank's salary account program Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to increase business opportunities Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate clients Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong networking and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Knowledge of local market and corporate landscape in Pune, Maharashtra is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
