Associate Manager

Role Overview: As a Consultant in the Comms & Media (C&M) team at Accenture, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will work within the Comms & Media practice, focusing on serving clients in the Communications, Media & Entertainment industries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute technology transformation strategies - Oversee implementation projects and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency - Lead delivery of small to medium-size teams for management consulting projects - Lead innovation transformation programs and process enablement for clients - Develop assets and methodologies, research, or white papers for team and community use - Support global sales team in identifying and winning potential opportunities - Understand customer needs and translate them into business requirements - Execute a transformational change plan aligned with clients" business strategy - Bring expertise in Telecom domains, Cloud BSS, Business Strategy, Transformation & Project Governance, and Agile practices - Engage effectively with stakeholders and manage mid-level to senior client leadership - Demonstrate strong program management skills and cross-cultural competence Qualifications Required: - Deep expertise in one or more Telecom Domains - Experience in leading delivery of management consulting projects - Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Cloud BSS, and Business Strategy - Understanding of lean concepts and hands-on experience in delivering technology-driven business transformation projects - Certification in PSM/CSM/SAFe/ICP-ACC - Experience in roles such as Functional Business Analyst, Product Owners, Process Designers, Scrum Masters, Program Delivery Managers - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Additional Details: Accenture's Comms & Media practice works on end-to-end projects to help clients achieve greater profitability, quality, and reliability.
