As a Consultant in the GN-Comms & Media- Non Networks team at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic initiatives, manage business transformations, and leverage industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Within the Comms & Media (C&M) Industry Practices of Accenture's S&C Global Network team, you will focus on serving clients in the Communications, Media & Entertainment sectors. This entails working with leading wireline, wireless, cable, satellite communications providers, as well as industries related to broadcast, entertainment, print, and publishing. Your role will involve collaborating with top-notch organizations globally to develop value growth strategies, enhance offers, improve go-to-market performance, and maximize organizational effectiveness. From multi-year major systems integration transformation deals to agile engagements, you will lead delivery teams, drive innovation transformation programs, develop assets and methodologies, and support global sales efforts within the Comms & Media industry group. To excel in this role, you should possess deep expertise in Telecom Domains, lead delivery of management consulting projects, drive innovation and process enablement for clients, and contribute to building the practice by developing assets and methodologies. Additionally, you will need to understand customer needs, translate them into business requirements, and execute transformational change plans aligned with clients" business strategies. Your skills in Telecom areas, knowledge of BSS modules, Digital Transformation, Cloud BSS, Business Strategy, Transformation & Project Governance, agile practices, as well as roles like Functional Business Analyst, Product Owners, Process Designers, and Scrum Masters will be crucial for success.
