About the Role:

As a Track & Trace Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring real-time visibility of freight movements across North America. You will be responsible for monitoring load status, proactively identifying delays, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders, helping our clients maintain high levels of service and operational efficiency.

• Proactively monitor and track shipments using GPS systems, carrier portals, and ELD platforms
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and dispatchers to ensure timely updates and resolve exceptions
• Update internal TMS (Transportation Management Systems) with accurate and timely status information
• Escalate delays, diversions, or issues to account managers or customers as per SOP
• Work closely with load planning and operations teams to support freight movement
• Maintain carrier compliance with appointment schedules and detention policies
• Document communication logs and exceptions in CRM or TMS tools
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as per rotation, if applicable
