What will you do?

  1. Company Secretarial Support

    – Assist in preparing notices, agendas, and minutes for Board, Committee, and General Meetings; maintain statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
  2. Legal Documentation & Coordination

    – Support in drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents (agreements, NDAs, MoUs), and liaise with internal teams for negotiation and compliance alignment.
  3. Compliance & Filing

    – Prepare and maintain compliance-related documents, routine filings, and regulatory returns; ensure adherence to statutory and company requirements.
  4. Stakeholder & Government Liaison

    – Facilitate communication and documentation flow with statutory bodies and the Government of Telangana; visit government offices for submission and follow-up of official documents as required.
  5. Startup Support

    – Demonstrate a strong service mindset by extending functional support to startups associated with T-Hub, even beyond standard office hours when necessary.


Ideal Candidate Profile


Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce discipline.
  • Pursuing Company Secretary (ACS) course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Semi-qualified CS candidates preferred.


Experience

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in

    legal documentation, compliance support, or clerical/legal operations.

  • Exposure to Section 8 companies, the startup ecosystem, or contract management systems is desirable but not mandatory.



Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding of secretarial and legal compliance procedures.
  • Excellent drafting, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for government and stakeholder coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, service-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel to government offices and other statutory bodies when required.
