Job Purpose:

Associate Lead - Projects IBMS will oversee and manage Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) projects within the Data Centres industry. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with labor regulations, implementing IBMS, and leading projects involving CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, and other key systems.

Responsibilities

Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with BOCW, CLRA, and ISMW regulations for all IBMS projects, including maintaining adherence to labor laws and safety standards.IBMS Project Management: Lead IBMS projects, overseeing the implementation of systems such as CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.System Management: Manage the operation, integration, and troubleshooting of IBMS components, ensuring effective system performance and adherence to best practices.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and system configurations.Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, compliance status, and system performance to senior management.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IBMS projects adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, including conducting regular audits and implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field

Work Experience
