👩‍💻 The Role Join the Inventory Operations Team at Headout, where the primary goal is to seamlessly connect Headout experiences directly with our Supply Partners. In this role, your actions will directly enhance the experiences of both our customers and partners. Scale : As Headout expands, your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring that we can accommodate more customers by successfully linking our experiences with our suppliers, minimizing manual interventions. Solve : Take charge of identifying connectivity challenges, prioritizing them, and owning the solution from start to finish. Your efforts will significantly influence the experience of Headout's customers and partners. Collaborate : Engage with individuals both inside and outside Headout to refine processes and troubleshoot challenges. This includes collaborating with our Market Managers, Engineers, Ops Managers, and Supply Partners. Analyze : Delve into reports centered on output and effort metrics, extracting insights that drive strategic actions to tackle pertinent challenges. 💝 What Skills & Experience Do You Need? Experience : 1-2 years in operations or as a business analyst. Technical Proficiency : A foundational understanding of SQL and Excel. Communication : Strong communication capabilities coupled with a history of collaborating with cross-functional teams. Data Analysis : Experience in dissecting data sets and crafting optimal solutions to eradicate the core issues. Reporting : Skill in generating reports on team KPIs and effort metrics. ➕Bonus Familiarity with diverse automation processes, like API Integrations, across various process modules.
