In this role, your actions will directly enhance the experiences of both our customers and partners. If you're technologically inclined, thrive on automation, and relish problem-solving each day, this position is tailor-made for you. This role finds its home in Bengaluru. We're on the lookout for candidates who are either from the area or are open to making the move. 🤩 What Makes This Role Special? Scale: As Headout expands, your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring that we can accommodate more customers by successfully linking our experiences with our suppliers, minimizing manual interventions. Solve: Take charge of identifying connectivity challenges, prioritizing them, and owning the solution from start to finish. Your efforts will significantly influence the experience of Headout's customers and partners. Collaborate: Engage with individuals both inside and outside Headout to refine processes and troubleshoot challenges. This includes collaborating with our Market Managers, Engineers, Ops Managers, and Supply Partners. Analyze: Delve into reports centered on output and effort metrics, extracting insights that drive strategic actions to tackle pertinent challenges. 💝 What Skills & Experience Do You Need? Experience: 1-2 years in operations or as a business analyst. Technical Proficiency: A foundational understanding of SQL and Excel. Communication: Strong communication capabilities coupled with a history of collaborating with cross-functional teams. Data Analysis: Experience in dissecting data sets and crafting optimal solutions to eradicate the core issues. Reporting: Skill in generating reports on team KPIs and effort metrics. ➕Bonus Familiarity with diverse automation processes, like API Integrations, across various process modules. Hands-on experience with Google Sheets automation. Aptitude to work with vague problem statements and the ability to devise solutions backed by sound reasoning. Show more Show less
