Job Description

We are hiring for-

Role: Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Individual will be responsible for generating sales pipeline for new business and/or existing customer in the North American / Europe region. • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest in our organisation solutions. • Qualify inbound/outbound leads from various demand-gen campaigns, assessing their business needs and fit for our products. • Engage in meaningful conversations with key decision-makers to understand their pain points and educate them on organisation value proposition. • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce. • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies and messaging. • Working closely with field sales and providing support in the sales cycle. • Liaising with different departments and stakeholders while supporting in closures. • Working closely with Marketing team, monitoring internal promotional activities and sharing relevant information with potential prospects. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings scheduled and pipeline generated. • Continuously learn about GRC industry trends, competitors, and company product offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects. • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar Inside Sales role, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential customers. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to handle objections, think critically, and adapt messaging to different customer needs. • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft or similar platforms. • A passion for learning and developing a career in sales.

Education

• Bachelors degree or Diploma, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
