4 - 6 Years 3 Openings Chennai Role description Trade Operations Main Duties Exp-4 to 6yrs Location - Chennai Handle assigned tasks and ensure timely completion. Follow up or escalate issues when necessary. Support junior team members by answering questions and acting as a go-to expert. Manage daily tasks effectively and recognize when to seek assistance. Resolve issues related to stock or cash discrepancies; escalate unresolved or high-risk cases promptly. Take ownership of additional tasks or projects and complete them within deadlines. Respond clearly and promptly to client and team queries. Adhere to all rules and procedures diligently to mitigate risks. Propose ideas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. Collaborate well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with other teams and external partners. Keep procedures updated and promptly escalate any issues to senior staff. Report issues clearly and promptly on the same day they are discovered. Knowledge & Experience Must-Have: Experience with Aladdin and tools such as CTM, CLS, and SWIFT. Strong understanding of global markets. Knowledge of derivatives and collateral management. Experience in trade operations across multiple asset types (e.g., equities, fixed income, FX, money markets). Experience handling payments and cash operations. Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards. Understanding of corporate actions and income processing. Awareness of risks throughout the transaction and asset lifecycle. Nice-to-Have: Experience with OTC derivatives and various OTC products. Strong attention to detail. Proficient Excel skills.
