As a Trade Operations professional at the Chennai location with 4 to 6 years of experience, you will have the following responsibilities: - Handle assigned tasks and ensure timely completion. Follow up or escalate issues when necessary. - Support junior team members by answering questions and acting as a go-to expert. - Manage daily tasks effectively and recognize when to seek assistance. - Resolve issues related to stock or cash discrepancies; escalate unresolved or high-risk cases promptly. - Take ownership of additional tasks or projects and complete them within deadlines. - Respond clearly and promptly to client and team queries. - Adhere to all rules and procedures diligently to mitigate risks. - Propose ideas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. - Collaborate well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. - Build and maintain strong relationships with other teams and external partners. - Keep procedures updated and promptly escalate any issues to senior staff.
