Role Description EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS: Education Or Equivalent Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or a related field. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required. Experience Five (5) to seven (7) years experience gathering requirements to define complex data mappings and transformations. Healthcare background in a managed care environment required, including experience in Case Management and Utilization Management. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (ska) Required Knowledge of healthcare, specifically Case Management and Utilization Management processes. Collaborative, positive attitude. Able to work independently, taking initiative to learn and find new work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well within a group required. Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients required. Ability to handle multiple projects and implementation timeframes required. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to proactively take a problem or project from analysis to solution to followup/resolution. Proficient with Excel as a tool to solve problems, analyze data, create ad hoc reports and test.
